The reception is open 24 hours a day, and we offer you a wellness area, a gourmet restaurant and a Veranda-Bar. Private parking is also available for a fee.
Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a minibar (with complimentary drinks on arrival), a flat-screen TV and a modern private bathroom. Some offer a balcony or terrace with an exceptional view of Lake Neuchâtel and the Swiss Alps.
For a moment of well-being, enjoy our relaxation area including a gym, a hammam and a massage parlor (by reservation). The fitness area and the hammam are accessible from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please note that our hammam is reserved for private use for our customers, and we recommend that you book a slot in advance to guarantee its availability.
Our gourmet restaurant OTerroirs, awarded 14 points by Gault & Millau, invites you to discover refined Swiss cuisine, prepared with top-quality local products. You can also relax at the Véranda Bar, which has an outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake, the Alps and the splendid garden of the Esplanade du Mont-Blanc.
If you opt for the breakfast option, it will be served to you every morning in our OTerroirs lounge. Room service is also available on request, for an additional fee.

Neuchâtel and its surroundings offer many activities to enhance your stay. Please note that our establishment is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in both the common areas and the rooms. Any failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee of CHF 150, charged to the customer.
